Just pick and choose. Media is an art form and art is open to interpretation. If I think it's a good addition to the story, it's canon. If it sucks, it's not.

If Samuel L. Jackson's push for a Mace Windu Disney+ series is successful, since according to him Windu is "not dead", one of the episodes has to be about Mace reaching out in the Force to feel for Darth Vader just so he can troll him. That'd be the only way to adapt this brief story.

They'd have to really shoe-horn in Mace learning how to be a Force Ghost from Yoda in that very brief time between when Yoda learned and Mace being launched from the window.

Yeah but we know these aren't actual ghosts because Vader still hasn't fought Obi Wan, therefore Padmé is still alive, which means what he is seeing aren't actual ghosts. Edit: @scorpio-gustavo7594 noticed that it was Depa Billaba, not Padmè, and II think it's true...Still, I'm not sold at all to the idea that these are actual force ghosts haunting him......okay, ÀI just want a Sam Jackson post ROTS Mace Windu series lol...and I want it like 5 years ago...the guy is still in good shape, acts great, and appears interested in the project, lets not wait until he's 85 to start imagining the project lol.

Only Yoda, Qui Gon and Obi Wan could be force ghosts because they had the specific training, if they wanted something like this it would be an illusion of Vader’s mind

Windu was jealous of Skywalker. Overtly so. He refused to grant him the rank of Master because prior to Anakin, Mace himself held the record as youngest man to ever attain the rank of Master. He had a vested interest in denying him the rank. Anakin was also the hero of dozens of Clone Wars battles whereas Windu's own exploits weren't nearly so impressive.

Maybe to some degree, but it was the majority of the council (including Obi-Wan) and not Mace alone who denied him the rank of master. Mace was just the one who told him what the council had decided, and honestly he really didn't deserve the promotion, he was a great warrior and more then skilled enough in the combat aspect of the force but a master must be skilled in multiple areas of the force including overall wisdom and patience both things Anakin lacked. One thing I really don't like about the Clone Wars TV stuff is they really portrayed Mace as an a$$ and made a lot of the fans dislike him. I know in the movies he was stern and a stickler for the rules but the TV shows really painted a bad picture of him.

You’re wrong Windu didn’t trust Anakin but Windu wasn’t jealous, Windu was Anakins number 1 supporter even when Obi Wan didn’t believe in Anakin Windu always told Obi wan to have faith in Anakin, plus even Windu stated how important Anakin is to the point where Windu said it didn’t matter if every other Jedi died, as long as Anakin survives there will be hope, not sure where you got this Windu is jealous of Anakin stuff from.

Sam Jackson's character in the Prequels. Windu and Anakin never liked each other and Windu was one of but not the only reasons why Anakin fell to the dark side.

Yuck, that's really annoying, Windu don't deserve at all to become "one with the force", the guy was a prick, everything wrong with the jedi order is represented in him. Blind by "rules", self-righteous guy more akin to a manipulating sith than anything else. The best itteration of "yeah, I know we were manipulated and almost condemned an innocent, but you know, it's the innocent's fault and she should be grateful to us!" to Ahsoka. A guy with an ego to match Palpatine's... a force ghost, yeah, annoying af.

Clone Wars created a major plot hole with Force ghosts. The episodes where Yoda is sent by Qui-Gon made the process very clear. They passed it along to Obi, but no one else should be. Mace shouldn't be. The best attempt at an explanation for Anakin is simply being the Chosen One, but realistically, he was a sith basically the entire time from when Yoda learned until he killed Palps.

This comic is full of mistakes if they said Mace was his first master. Pretty sure Obi-wan was since he got permission from the council after Qui-gon died.
