Honestly I don't even see why Vader would consider Mouse Droids insufferable, they're just little utility things that do their jobs well, they don't bother him, and he doesn't bother them. And they're Droids, Anakin doesn't mind them. Maybe he doesn't get attached to droids anymore like R2, but he still respects them.

I don't see Disney movies as cannon but... Mousey definitely was taken to Vaders castle during construction alllowing vader to add the small corridors they use to be added simply as a thank you for saving him as well as having it as a pet.

I always looked at the dark side like anger in real life. Like if you got into an argument with someone close to you and you get mad and yell or say things you'd normally never say, and you wouldn't care in the moment cause the anger covers up those emotions. But once the anger fades you realize what you did, and you feel guilt, sadness and regret. So it makes sense that the sith would want this, as it makes them unable to care or feel guilt about others misfortune. That's why Palpatine making anakins suit so painful was smart, cause it keeps anakin constantly at his highest level of anger and hatred. But you see glimpses of him actually having compassion for certain people who please him,like hock or greg . Anakins tounpredictable, without his injuries he probably wouldn't have remained a sith for long just based off his personality. Vaders basically like a normal person getting enraged and acting on it impulsively, but it never stops. And whenever he's alone and the anger does subside, he's reminded of everything he's lost, and he just gers angrier. He kills random innocents because he's angry enough to not care, he kills jedi because he has a personal hate for them, but he never rly acts evil in my opinion. Evil would be killing a kid and not caring/or doing it for fun. Vader was so much pain and anger, he couldn't feel those emotions cause of the dark side. But if he wasn't injured, he'd definitely feel so much more guilt

i believe its because they are droids, vader and anakin liked them a lot but evidently vader saw them more like tools, still he appreciated having them around since we can see that he conserved some things from anakin like the love for spaceships and engineering+ some other minor details

Wouldn't the B2 arm have still had the twin blaster barrels? It would have given Vader a ranged weapon to fight with. Then again, he may not have wired it to his motor functions (such as wrist movement since the B2 arms have no articulated wrists).

It kinda disturbs me a little bit how the droids in star wars are sentient, but still enslaved and treated badly. Sentient beings deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Being a machine doesnt change anything

They arent sentient tho. Mousey was literally just reprogrammed to perform maintainence on Vader and that's that. Some droids have intelligence but this isnt the same as sentience. Like R2 or 3p0 are intelligent, and have vast wells of memory to mimic human behavior or learn new things, but this isnt the same as sentience because they never truly feel emotions or think.

Mouse droids essentially carry sachets of data between people in different sectors of a large facility, like a ship or battlestation. If someone can’t leave their station but needs to convey important information to someone else who can’t leave their station, and it’s either a LOT of information or it’s confidential information, they’d probably have a mouse droid run between. Think of them like couriers.
