It isn’t just the system that determines sentencing, it’s also the charges brought by the victim, some victims want punishment to the fullest of the law and other victims do not.

99% of rappers use autotune? Maybe 99% of modern rappers which is 10% of all the rappers still recording. All the top, classic artists don't use autotune.

Honestly, I’m not a big fan of actors and _newer_ musicians. So, the only *”celebrity”* autograph’s I’d want is from ether older musicians or athletes from the NHL 🤭 #GoKingsGo _I’ll admit,_ I have the whole bands of OneRepublic and Maroon 5’s autographs. But the one *I really like* are the ones from Drew Doughty, Anže Kopitar, Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, and Tony Hawk.
