I believe that the firearm did not contain live ammo. There was a projectile lodged in the barrel with a blank fired thereafter, creating the necessary force to send the projectile out. Very sad & sucks B.L. died from that event.

The company could have scouted for location to film might have been a bridge that would be passable as a train trestle. If they could get permission and a filming permit could lay down prop like RR tracks and a mock-up train. I recall a bridge in the PNW was used for filming a light rail crossing (which the bridge did not have) but a mock up train was used. You have set builders on the studio lots, could have built something for filming. Or matted in the location footage.

The helicopter was flying lower than it should've been and pyrotechnics were going off to similiate explosions. One of them caused the helicopter to crash right on top of them. Morrow and one of the girls were both decapitated by the rotors, the other was crushed to death.

Baldwin shot and killed the producer not the armorer, while she does hold some responsibility for what happened it was Baldwin that Cocked AND Pulled the trigger. He was the last line of safety for all involved as well as the producer (which as you saw in other segments in this video being charged with manslaughter) who was responsible for everything happening on the set.
