Admitting the truth can happen only after introspecting on what the truth may be, it can be difficult and evoke painful emotions. I'm a bit confused of the audio, the lady says "onto the next", but the conversation is with the same person.

Thank you - good question! You were listening very closely :-) When Katie said “on to the next”, she meant the next question or thought that was causing him to suffer. Katie created The Work, which helps us question our thoughts and beliefs. It’s not the external world, people, relationships or life that causes us to suffer. It’s our thoughts and expectations about how things “should” be. I suffer because I think I should be different than I am.
