My weightloss really went into high gear after I started OMAD! I'm losing 3+lbs a week, keeping carbs between 20-60gms per day calories between 1900-2600 and eating around 2-5pm. It's hard to imagine going back to three or even two meals a day. Oh, and cravings for my old Faves like pizza, burger, fries, and sweets are completely gone. I just turned 62 years old, before I.F. and Keto I felt 82, now I feel like I'm 42. 70lbs to go, hoping to feel like I'm in my 30s by mid summer. Resting pulse use to be 102, now it's 72. BP was 135/95, now 125/75. Could barely walk thru the Walmart parking lot before, now I can walk for hours on end needing only to stop for a restroom break. Speaking of which i can sleep through the night without needing a restroom break (usually). Pain in my knees is gone. Pain from my fatty liver is gone. Oh, and my blood work looks almost perfect - my doctor was impressed. My diabetes is in remission too, off all meds! Keep watching the Keto and I.F. videos. I watch them over and over and am constantly experimenting on myself with new foods, supplements, tricks and techniques! 6-8pm OMAD has helped me be more productive and stress free during the day. Initially I was on a 1- 3pm OMAD but it made me crave food before bedtime esp when my family had dinner. But now it’s easy to focus on work just by chugging in water throughout the day waiting for a late evening heartful meal followed by rest. OMAD made me mindful about what I feed on and how my body digests it.

@jinz0001 I've lost 22 in 2 months doing Carnivore / OMAD approach...bascially a 2-hr eating window. Started out at 258 exactly two months ago today...236 on the scale this morning. Plenty of energy eating Carnivore....Keto would work also...it's just that I really don't crave veggies and I get tons of nutrients from meats / eggs etc. The reason OMAD works (if you haven't learned it already) is that you're keeping you insulin releases to a minimum so you're no longer storing fat as much throughout the day. If you're already low-carb I'd recommend trying at least KETO and maybe going straight into Carnivore like I did. It really makes you feel great....your skin improves...your mental clarity...you SLEEP better. I used to wake up in the middle of the night often...not anymore. Good luck Jinz.

Mr Berg. It has been phenomenally encouraging for me to watch your videos. I probably started following your advice mostly regarding intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet three months ago. Within these three months, the month of Ramadan fell into and the IF became easier for me. You would know by now that I am a Muslim and I was fasting the whole month of Ramadan. I started off with three meals a day and did it for 15 days, then two meals a day for 10 days and now I am in OMAD. It felt good. I have been in the habit of walking for the last 10/12 years. By the way I am 47 now. I have been struging very hard to lose my weight from 77/78 kg but I could not. Day before yesterday I weighed 67.8 kg ans I couldn’t believe the number on my weight machine. Alhamdulillah. Thank you very much. I am sure with the Grace of Allah, you have been changing lives of many many people everyday for the better. Please keep up the good work for the humanity. Champagne Hughes Regarding my husband he is now 200 pounds and started at 255. I started at 175 and I am now 159. It is a constant dedication and push. It’s not easy but doable. When I over eat I can’t finish my food and get so full quick. No where near what we use to eat. It’s retraining yourself to not eat every time you feel hungry. It’s ignoring and pushing through it. It works but I won’t lie it is pushing yourself to ignore hunger pain and drink water. Lots of water. Good luck to you !!

We have not been doing one meal a day for very long but we choose to do it between 4/5pm. We are retired and we are early risers (5am) so that OMAD is a long way away in our day. On the days when it seems like we are not going to achieve the one meal a day we jump in the car and go to the mall, or go for a drive in the country we do anything we can to get us as far away as possible from the refrigerator :). It’s becoming easier and easier to do. Hahaha. You should see the looks we get when we tell people we only have one meal a day. I am keeping a photo diary to show them what we eat on that OMAD.

Dr. Berg, I have been following the OMAD concept for approximately 4 months. I tend to eat my meal in the evening, between 6-7pm. I have lost 22 pounds. My overall change in habit includes adopting a walk/jog/sprint routine 4-5 times per week. The biggest difference is the diminished amount of back fat along with a much smaller stomach. I have been doing OMAD several months now and have discovered evening is best for the following reasons , Going to bed hungry is not pleasant If you eat earlier in the day there is more of a temptation to eat again later As most eating out or ordering a takeaway is in the evening , it is not disrupting your new habit I am a 57 year old man and am regularly complimented on my youthful appearance and athletic physique. Oh I should also say my diet is mostly meat fish eggs with lots of green vegetables . I experience virtually no hunger pangs in the day and my meal in the evening is extra enjoyable One of the best things I’ve ever discovered , this is for life as far as I’m concerned, it’s actually very easy once you get off high carbs low fat nonsense diets Keep up the excellent work All the best from the UK

I have tried different eating windows times...But what works best for my body is 4pm-6pm. I do a 2 hour eating window (22:2 Omad) because I feel it's better for my digestion when I take my time to eat and enjoy my food😁 I also picked this time (4pm-6pm) because I love having dinner with my daughter, I'm able to stay force throughout the day, I don't have to stop what I'm doing to find something to eat and then eat, I don't have to worry about the afternoon slump because I have energy for days, I have enough time to disgust since my bedtime is at 11pm, it helps me not bing and I sleep like a baby. I noticed when I eat earlier in the day, food would be on my mind all day and I would want to eat later in the day; plus I'm not hungry in the morning nor in the afternoon. I love eating in the early evening because in the morning or afternoon I can workout in a deep fasted state, my body can use my stored fat as fuel and if I feel like taking a nap I can without worrying about waiting until my food to digest. A month in and so far I have lost 14 pound🎉😀 71 more pounds to go! I'm eating a Whole Food Lifestyle and I love it💜 Best Decision ever👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Thank you Dr. Berg for your wisdom and insight. However, I have ITP and so I have incorporated sweet potatoes, but less than a cup and pumpkin too! Calves Liver is my medicine, at least three times a week! Started intermittent fasting for pretty much all of April 2021! Feeling great! My platelet numbers were going down about every four weeks so I had to take steroids a few times since November 2020 and I hate that, but just had to for 6 or 7 days three times! Well started taking mega doses of D3 50,000 to 20,000 and K2 and watching your videos have helped me a lot! Plus listening to ones who are doing much the same on a blog connected to ITP association I follow! My platelets are going up and hoping they keep going up! Next blood test in a week! @@SouthernMansion I'm doing omad, been doing omad for 6/7 weeks. First 4/5 weeks lost 17lbs (definitely lots of water weight in there), last week or two flat line. It works!! I exercise 6 days a week. I first started exercising HIIT only 5 days but after 3 weeks I got in gear and now doing 6. If your trying to lose weight like me omad is it and if you throw in HIIT even better. I'm not even worried the last week I haven't lost any pounds because I'm losing fat and gaining muscle, I'm reshaping my body. You can lose weight on omad without the exercising and weights but the exercising tones and defines your body. I have 37 more pounds to go, I started at 54 pounds. I don't care how long it takes to get there because I'm exercising and putting in the work so I know my body will get there, that's the beauty of omad and HIIT and being persistent is that you can look, see and feel your body changing. I believe maybe 6 more months max and I'll have the body I want. That's an average of 6 pounds a month which is very doable. Just be persistent. Omad has given me clarity. My mind is sharper and I'm way more focused than when I ate all the time. See you at the finish line 💪💪 Oh I also forgot I went carnivore, if u throw in carnivore, HIIT and omad 🚀🚀🚀

Thank you, this gave the answer to my question under another video. Because I am a singer and I perform mostly in the evenings, my main meal is late night, before bed. That can get really late, around Midnight. Perhaps it's not the best schedule but I can't see how could I change it - and I love it, with a good book or movie, feet up. Tips for switching to OMAD? Now I have some snacks late afternoon.

I do OMAD at 8.00 am and feel energetic throughout the day. I feel very fatigued if I postpone.

OMAD in the evening 5-6:00 o’clock. Sometimes varies a little earlier or later. Depending upon schedules. About a month in and definitely loosing belly fat. Not weighing myself I gage results on clothes size. I’m excited just knowing the health benefits is my driving force. Knowing my body will adjust to this new way of living permanently is also another driving force. Thanks Dr. Berg

As a soccer player, my training sessions are in the evening. I usually eat in the evening but it screws with my performance when I break my fast before training
