When life hits hard, you have to take time for yourself to ensure proper mental health. I've received several messages and emails asking how I am and if I'm still making content. In this video I share the part of the hardest time of my life and why I took time off to get myself right so I can "build back better".

Bro…my wife and I were there fall of 2018. I hit a dark place for a couple of months (holidays and anniversary). But it wasn’t until I spoke to God and He spoke to me, that I was able to get up and get going. I started doing what you’re talking about…taking care of myself…get healthy…eat better…and start working out. I lost 50lbs and felt better about myself and my relationship with God. Then Jesus came through. After spending months praying that the Lord save my wife and help her make it to heaven…she came home. That was spring of 2019. We have since celebrated 4 more anniversaries (26 years and counting). Bottom line…stay strong and stay connected to God. He knows what He’s doing and He can do a work that you never thought possible. Keep it up!!

It is definitely hard to try and move forward after being together for 30 years and raising three girls, but through our Abba Father, all things are possible. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9. our squad prayer, still say it daily now. Trust in him, his plan is not for you to know but your faith and trust will see you through to the light. Be strong brother.

Chris, sorry about the Mrs. God can bring her back. The Lord loves you and the Mrs. I have one question: I didn't understand the part about your daughter?

Thank you for watching and commenting. It's been a trial of a few years but I will know I will overcome. My daughter was diagnosed with a brain issue two years ago and has undergone several surgeries and procedures, only to still have the health issues. It is causing her to pass out and have debilitating migraines. She can't work or drive now at only 23. God has her and will protect her.
