I'm sorry but this is totally a scam, and I can explain why. I'm watching now the replay of the stream, he told the chat that he was going to the bathroom so literally he would have been in another room. While this time is passing, we can see the light of the game trailer reflecting on his mic, I thought I was stupid while i was doing this but i saw that there's a moment where the green light (i suppose that is the title screen when we have Lugia on it) is like stopping reflecting and is standing still for long seconds. This is a classical situation that happen when u're touching option or settings on the emulator. You guys can judge by yourselves, if im wrong i'll just feel stupid as i said before.

You know how the game is paused at the beginning and it looks like Alpharad is doing something? I think he's turning on a shiny cheat code. Cus with that emulator when you go into any menu it pauses the game. And the mouse is at the top of the screen where the menu is. And it's specificly in the spot where you would go to find the cheat code list. Just a thought.

From my personal experiences, it's always easier to find Shiny Pokémon when you're not actively hunting for them. I've only ever caught one Shiny that I wanted to find and all the other ones I've gotten were just things showing up as I passed by.
