Inherited money from someone you hate doesn't have to be dirty money, or something you have to donate or waste. I'm working on my father's estate that my sister and I will be inheriting from, even though neither of us had talked to him in the past decade. He had no will so we were the default inheritors. In life, he treated money as more important than me, which is a big part of what led to me cutting him off. But in death I get half of what he had left, and I fully intend to use it to improve my own life in ways that he never would have helped me with when he was alive.

Absolutely. My uncle was a religious bigot that did fuckload of bad things so I spent all the money he had on charities he'd HATE. Not to redeem him, just to unfuck the fucks he did.

Wow the story about her date with the “not religious” youth pastor… horrible. The fact that we as women so often just sit there and listen to that toxic babbling just so we can make it end sooner. We placate them because they can literally be a danger to us, others, and sometimes themselves. Especially when they’re slamming back the alcohol. I know I’ve sat through dates where the dude would literally not shut up about himself and never actually engaged me in conversation. And then he asked me to not interrupt him when I tried to offer my thoughts at one point. Insufferable.

I have a theory on d* pics! So on Reddit a while back, there was some dude who revealed what’s happening while saying something like “men just get hot/turned on from seeing b* just like women do when they see a d*” It explains so much, like they genuinely believe women open them and are like “oh wow, I’m so hot rn” that and I think they’re desperate for attention and don’t know how to get in touch with their feelings.

It's similar with the topless gym bro profile pics. All I can think is, if that's all you've got to try to impress me, then you're not impressing me. 😂

Yeah it's like how men rate male attractiveness on what they find attractive about women (see the extensive focus on physical appearance, but sometimes the outright neglect of emotional intelligence and communicative abilities)

The irony is that most people I’ve heard an opinion on the topic about, regardless of gender or orientation, agree that feminine figures are more aesthetically appealing than any dick ever. Even gay men love boobs, but most straight women, gay men, bi-/pansexual individuals find dicks to be unattractive visually.
@reesekarns
@reesekarns 8 ай бұрын
I’ve been asked this question a lot, for some reason, why men send dick pics. Usually it’s just a failure to realize that men and women tend to be different. I don’t think there’s a ton of thought that goes into it, but yeah, they sort of figure well, if a woman sent me photos of her junk, that would be awesome so a woman would probably want to see mine. Sometimes it’s not that innocent. There are men who expose themselves to women against their will as a way of feeling they have some sort of power and control over women. But most of the time it’s just dudes being clueless.

Also, whenever we talk about mixed age relationships we always prioritise the man in our phrasing. "He's dating young" is almost always said instead of "she's dating older" and works that same in regards to "he's dating older" instead of "she's dating young"

if the older women dating younger men take is genuine, I massively disagree, I get the balancing things out idea in theory but we should be doing a better job of shaming creepy men not empowering the same creepy behaviour by women.
@unicorn73212
@unicorn73212 Жыл бұрын
It depends on the woman if that older woman is really attractive and she doesn't actually look old or creep some guys find it attractive if she holds herself in a respectable way and she wasn't the one that approached him first it also depends on how young the guy is sometimes older women have more boundaries then older men too like I won't accept any guy under 25. If she's hitting on guys that can't even drink yet then yeah that's weird because usually older women don't act that way. Sometimes people lie about older women too and they make it seem like we're still out there hitting the pole at 40. No just a few of us are and there usually crack whores.

usually for lgbt relationships, in my experience we are more open and also more likely to break up on good terms than stay in a bad relationship. like "you want me to fold my socks, that's not gonna work" but still hook up. also there's a lot of weird friends with benefits ish relationships, like playing with a friend who's got a foot fetish and everyone around is hitting her with feet at any occasion.

I'm trying to launch my own podcast, but I'm really struggling with finding the confidence to make it happen. If you or anybody has tips or encouragement, it would mean a lot. I have a plan for the content and themes. I'm a strong writer, I'm extroverted and have no problem with finding people to interview and discuss the topics I'm covering. I have compassion for anybody and am willing to hear them out, even if I disagree with their perspective. I'm scared of the tech and editing involved. I'm not especially skilled with computers. While I've done a lot of social media marketing I don't trust in my ability to keep myself accountable when what I'm trying to promote is this precious to me. This feels like my calling. It's really important to me. I'm just stumped on how to get past this sense of intimidation. Your work is incredible. You're kind and compassionate in a way which draws people to you, you're open-minded and a great listener, and you're HUMAN and can promote your own content while remaining humble and willing to admit your flaws. Someday, I'm going to do just what you're doing here, and I can't wait to get there. I'm not sure how to start, but this interview is incredible, and I'm excited to produce content like this.
