I only notated the actual sung notes instead of things like breaths and the body percussion. Also, in the section toward the end with the super low stuff, those notes are just the fundamentals but it also sounds an octave higher, as is true for the double stops he's singing.

Idk how you hear the 3rd measure as 3 separate D's. It's just a dotted quarter that sounds slightly separated by the chest tapping

Yeah I wasn't entirely sure on that, it just sounded like there were slightly different vowels so I erred on the side of just making them different notes, but it would sound so similar either way so it didn't make much of a difference
