what really gets me is that , the tourists have to hold the the reins. mothers putting their children in danger, regarding the signs. why do people behave like that? why don't they stay home? these are real soldiers. stationed not only in afghanistan but all over the world, protecting people. I personally find the whole thing to be a joke. How is it that these guys are guarding the palace or whatever, yet the public are allowed to be walking all around where they patrol and march. In a real security situation it just doesn't work like that. Never been into royalty in any case, it's just a snobbery breeding ground. I do feel really sorry for the guards though.
