I had two mini strokes,first one was soft second one affected my speech in a difference period of two years.I am still working on my speech 7 months since the second one hit me,and I work out 5-6 days a week,my right side got 99:%. Better only my speech sound different😊

You just do it and you will be glad you did.it ! I was afraid to fly to my son's and family but he got me to help from the airport so i was not alone. I enjoyed myself.i am glad i went. ❤
