??????Question???? When I get a bunch of eggs from you the first time. 170 every 3ish weeks or so. Then after the first bunch hatch I get another 170. Will all these be brothers and sisters? How can I get two different 170 eggs hatches from totally different perence from you??? Is this possible all from you??? These all will be jumbo wilds.... Thanks Zack.

I’ve got three jumbo coturnix that are six weeks and 18 mix from pearls, jumbo and Egyptian that almost right at 4 weeks. So far I believe the three older ones to be one male and two female. So far only one is for sure crowing and loudly. When can I add more females from the other group to be safe for all of them.

For ex, if you breed wilds then 99% hatch wilds where as if you breed tuxedos you will have 50% tuxedo, 25% solid and 25% white

Thank you for this very informative video. I am learning to raise quails for five months now. This morning, I discovered a female quail dying from having an egg stuck in its rear too long. It’s the first time I have this problem with the hen. Is there a way to save the female quail when this situation occurs? Is there a way to prevent the egg from getting stuck? Thanks.

It could be just a one off or if it continues to happen then it would be a calcium deficiency

Zack, I have 6 cages with 4 cages of 5 hens and a roo, and two cages with 4 hens and a roo. In order for me to change out the roos and hens I would need to collect eggs from one cage for several days and hatch those eggs by themselves. I would have to do it for for each cage to get different roos and hens to start over again. Am I right?
