Stack size and position

I feel like a big leak of mine used to be getting it all in with AK and running into AA/KK all the time. The vast majority of the player pool on my site were just super nitty when it came to stacking off pre-flop. I guess what I didn't do which I should probably do is still 4b with AK but be prepared to fold against a shove against these players? ie. AK is my 4b bluff range instead of AQ?

my group of friends are a bunch of nits and calling stations. I can't play aggresive to exploit the nits because I will get called by the calling stations. What do I do in this scenario?

Playing 1/2 I'm utg AKs diamonds raised to $15 next player calls SB(playing wide range) raises to $30 I 4 bet raise to $75 next player folds 3bettor calls flop comes all low with 2 clubs I c-bet shove they call with K9s clubs and catch the club on the river. How could I have played this better

'Cold calling AK is a disaster'... On PBros I have a limited group of very novice players and this play is not only common but prob standard and will also include QQ-AA occasionally if not often. I too frequently fall for the trap and try hard not to change my aggression, with some tweeks to my hand selection. They will also check call, or just call in pos. with these hands ... I shouldn't struggle with villain's tight passivity but do. I fall for the old "there is no way they could have this hand in there range at this point in the hand' syndrome. (I do realize that my cbet and value bets need to be sized better (and sized down in many cases). Frustrating.
