Sorry if I sound like crap in the video. That’s because I feel like crap. Almost over this I think!

@tylerbergerfishing Please do an episode comparing all of the 6” soft swimbaits, magdraft - bass mafia - XPS comeback shad! Love to hear your thoughts man!

Am I going to fish a 10 inch mag draft or a K9 in Idaho during a tournament? probably not. Am I going to throw them on daily trips and hope for the state record? you bet your ass I am.

Well, i almost caught a 24 plus inch striper. I used a 1/32 oz crappie jig with a white grub with trophy bass. The jig broke off because i used a fly snap because the 10lb line wouldn't go through the eye of the 1/32 oz crappie jig. I was really upset. I should of used a 1/16 or 1/8 oz crappie jig. The hole in the 1/8 oz crappie jig 10 lb line would go through the crappie jig

I’ve thrown bigger, but it seems like they hit it, but don’t commit. What do you do when it’s almost like they’re nipping at it? Do you just drop the bait to the floor and leave it still?

I just got a Chad Chad. It is so sick. I love it. Thank you.

Do you think a 7 1/2” Arashi is too big for 3-4lb spots?
@edgarcruz55246 ай бұрын
I’ve caught a two pounder with a 6 inch dangerous swim bait I’m pretty sure 7 1/2 is nothing to a 4 pounder

I caught my PB on a 1/2 Mop jig with a full size Beaver, and I also whackem late July and August on an ol'e Monster with an unpegged 1/4oz tungsten. Pitch grass edges and drag over hard bottom spots in the grass....fire here for me in the north. Catches bass of all sizes. Great content!

That’s cool, i bought a couple mop jigs but haven’t tried them Did you trim the skirt any on the mop jig or just use it with the long skirt?
@603outdoors76 ай бұрын
@@Byoung85 I do both, but this particular one I had left full length.

I live in southern oregon, literally a couple hours north of some monsters in northern California, our state record is around 12lbs so its probably a similar environment to where you live

I have used 5 inch fluke that was black and silver with trophy bass on fluke. I put this on a dropshot and caught big smallies and big fish. 😊

Big wake baits are killer at night . A big rat or shad type bait is money
@joegrande48486 ай бұрын
I've used a rat wake bait and caught 2 2 lb bass 😂 it's funny, but it did work. It would be nice if it was a 5-plus lb bass. 🤷🤷🤷

@@joegrande4848 I can’t tell you how many 1 1/2 lb bass I’ve caught on a 40 size rat !! They crush it lol but I have caught a bunch of quality bass as well ( quality for Massachusetts anyways )
