I appreciate your quick but thorough reviews and I totally agree with your choices as I use resmed pillows and alternate with a Phillips dreamwear. I am about to replace my pillows but find it more economical to replace the full mask package re spares etc. Which is best between Phillips and resmed re nasal mask. Thank you.

I think that it is also useful to keep track of the leak rate that is recorded on your CPAP machine or the App for the machine. A high or increasing leak rate would be, I think, a good indication that some component needs to be replaced (or that you need o change your mask type). However, I can't find any information on what kind of leak rate is "acceptable." My rate usually runs at zero to 2 l/min, but if I have a restless night, it may go between 10 and 25 for that night, but then comes back down the next night. Is there an "acceptable" leak rate?
