I used to load every time i got on it. It's great and fun seeing your muscles fill up so quickly. But eventually i started just doing 5grms per day all the way through, and i would reach the same level of saturation in about 10 to 14 days as i would in 5 days of loading. So yea i see loading as a quicker route to muscles being loaded but not all that quicker, you'll still get to the same place just a little slower.

Dextrose is a sweetener derived from Corn. In my opinion it’s just another name for High Fructose Corn Syrup and an argument can be made that it’s worse for the human body than sugar. I would stay away from eating it for any reason. For me- My observation is the Optimal time to take Creatinine is mixing it with an Electrolyte and drinking it just before, during and after exercise. And that includes Cardio only Days.

I'm about 92kg with low body fat and I take 6g of creatine in a single dose per day and I follow the directions on the pack for timing, which is 30 minutes before a workout. If I'm not working out that day, I take it whenever I feel like it. I eat a lot of red meat, at least 500 grams each day, often more (and my total meat intake is around 800+ grams per day - along with 3-4 eggs), and at the times I have stopped taking creatine jut to see what happens, over a couple of weeks I notice a very slight reduction in my capacity, not so much strength but rep endurance...I reckon I get an extra 1-2 reps out of the creatine use. I've never taken it with electrolytes, I'll give it a try...
