I don't know what's the story with the bottle or that specific kid but I do know that often when you see a full on kid in a stroller it's because they have a disability and this is easier/cheaper than a wheelchair. Maybe they don't need the wheelchair round the clock, just on trips to town or something like that so they just use the stroller for now until they're older. Of course I definitely believe there's also just laziness out there but hopefully this helps
