Valentina got completely screwed in the second fight with Grasso. The fight ended up being a draw because one judge gave Grasso a 10-8 5th round. Valentina controlled the first four minutes of the 5th round, but got taken down and Grasdo landed big ground and pound and a submission attempt in the final 60 seconds ; It certainly was enough to get her the round but there’s absolutely no way that was 10-8.

He was lucky that it landed considering that he had been losing the entire fight up until when it did. It's not like he waited until the 5th round losing all the fight up into that point simply because he had that kick in his pocket waiting to land it. He had been trying to set it up the entire fight and had not been able to. He is lucky that Usman did not see it coming because up into that point he had seen everything else he was throwing at him.

Unsolicited opinion but I’d reconsider using words like destroyed bc you’re not going to get universal definitions. I wouldn’t say Bisping destroyed Luke. I think Mike and Luke know Luke beats him 9/10. But that’s the nature of fighting. He wasn’t anymore prepared, ironically it was short notice. You can make a case for Grasso solely bc she outstruck the striker. Belal didn’t Leon but he for sure beat him. And while you can’t always account for everyone’s Opinion, you can atleast manage objections. Eg if you wanna say Izzy got destroyed, define what destroyed is. Then you give ppl something constructive to debate rather than bicker. I found myself wanting to disagree with you after that title. Bc choosing a different word was just as easy and “destroyed” is incredibly dismissive to the nuance of the fight. It’s not what happened in some of these. Or if you wanna say destroyed pick something universal . Anderson beat the piss out of rich. I was at that fight.
