However, it needs to be carefully monitored whether it is parmanent and the State government can handle law and order situation and doesn't slip back to pre August 2019 condition. We want parmanent peace first, statehood should follow.

Respected Chie Justice Sir, My request is to you that Please advise Lower, High courts to give speedy judgement on Civil case . Civil case such as fake Land dispute, Property dispute are going for 10 or 15 or 20 years. In the mean time, property can't be sold. Many owners die in between. If Judiciary does not have enough Judges & Lawyers to dispose off pending cases, Please ask Govt to to increase staff strength to dispose off cases in time bound manner. India is large country & Delaying cases is painful for common people.

The term Statehood or State in India means it is part of the union of states in India where any person from one state can freely go to live or do business in that state without any fear or favour.If the centre agreed to the Statehood of. Jammu and Kashmir then the Supreme court must ensure the same yardstick of other states like anybody can buy property or do business in that state.If again Restrictions are imposed then it defeats the very purpose of Statehood.

It is the way out/ suggestion for argument to save the abrogation. If SC will allow the dissolution of statehood through the parliamentary instrument, then all states can also be converted to UT and so there would be no need to conduct election. this will make this case a wrong precedent.

Why is this SC so worried about statehood so desperately? It kept it's eyes closed for 70 years despite so many injustices done to the non-Muslims in the state. It failed to give justice to women like Girija Tikkoo. Even this CJI denied the the right to appeal to the victims of jihadi terrorism. Article 32 gives right to anyone to approach the SC for violation of FRs. For it, statehood is more important to justice.

This judiciary is not entitled to question the executive when the statehood of Jammu Kashmir is going to be restored. Judiciary was an onlooker when the valley was cleansed of Pandit. If the court wanted to restore the statehood, they can do it by judicial orders. Earlier even the Gods couldn't have answer that question. Now a semblance make them to show some valour. After privy purse abolition , the Kashmir king lost his identity . He agreed for the privilege purse and agreed for loosing identity as king . It was the king who entered in to agreement and beg was one the parties besides indian govt for agreement is amalgamation . When agreement itself becomes infectuous due to non existance of monarchy , the case should not have been taken up for admitting in the first place . Why can't the SC strike fown the center's illegal & politically conspired act of removal statehood? Center can still impose Central rule invoking law n order issues.
