Have some DEEP stuff today guys. Not for the faint of heart... but this will upgrade your life faster than anything. What is that thing? Doing the deep emotional healing. It's deep emotional stuff, more than anything, that does not allow us to see clearly in our lives and make the right decisions. Hope this helps.

I recommend journalling to almost everyone. Building that connection between your rationality and emotionality is extremely useful. Great video!

I know journaling works, it's just annoying to do. Thanks for the remainder and structure ♡

You don't have to journal, you can try just even narrating this outloud. For me to do emotional processing stuff I just make sure I'm validating all the emotions I feel.

I've returned to this video twice already and it has helped me a lot, because I often don't think it through and lash out or i don't really understand what is really upsetting me and I don't heal. Great video!

I don't mean to be too critical and overall I think this can be a helpful exercise but you often listed thoughts and not emotions for point A (example: I feel that my ex is a dumb.....) While that is emotionally heavy, it's a thought. The emotions may be anger, sadness, hurt, confusion etc. I my point this out because it's a very good exercise and helping people get to those core emotions effectively is so important. Overall, that's for sharing.

How to conquer and over come this ... This sentence has a lot of power just by saying it I am saying that because .. in first I thought that you are idiot But now .. I feel the same as you .. that you are tired of what is going on Plus .. the fact that you have this simple but big question I share your your question but I did not find my why yet But I admire your why its true and real I hope that you stick to your road With the same heart , or better Thank you.
