Very calming voice and extremely well thought out and spoken in a manner that encourages the listener to stay til the end of video. The one reason I enjoyed it so much was the fact that the points were not repeated over and over. This was very helpful, right on point and very encouraging for us older folks. It did not make the senior generation fell like the victims, but that we have a right to feel comfortable and confident around others. Thank you so very much.
