Once you leave, stay away. The narcissist always makes you the evildoers. The narcissist plays the victim. You know that you were abused and used by the narcissist. They were never genuine. They will even use their kids to hoover you, especially if they know you love the kids. Cut all ties. Block everywhere.

I left him 52 days ago and every day I get overwhelmed with how could he have treated me like that...every day I am shocked and disgusted and every day a cry a little less so it gets better...I never stop reading about and listening to all of the info wish I was a bit more attuned when i was being abused. But I survived..yeah.

Girl. Sorry you feel that way. My ex discarded me just three weeks ago. I cry so often. I feel I did something wrong. I was far from perfect. I also get upset that I am so sad while I am pregnant. I wanted a baby for 15 years. I did fertility treatments and everything. This was supposed to be a happy time

He only started seriously working after i threw him out. He got fired from a hotel he worked at a few months. Then he delivered pizza a papa John's. They never remember all the good things and sacrifices you made for there advancement and comfort. They only remember when you set boundaries and protect and love yourself. They see that as being evil to them.

I had the fake suicide attempts,the fake promises,tears, tantrums,"I know I'm not perfect",he ironed,cooked a roast dinner (1st time in 20 years)and nearly burnt the kitchen down,I remember saying to him how much will this cost me?non of that worked ,so out come the abuse physical,verbal,he called social services on me,he wouldn't let me sleep,I ended up sectioned 3 times,he broke injunctions, harassment,I still get it now 14 years later,I've come off social media,changed phones regularly,changed accounts,passwords,etc etc,he literally had his finger on redial permanently,he would scream down the phone at me "don't you dare hangup on me" so Id hang up on him,he another woman who took me to court for assult,then he dumped her,our son's hate me,I've had to tell the removal company all about it incase he turns up and does something,it's so embarrassing,and to still be talking about him defeats the whole I object of a divorce,

That's the issue that I was having I wasn't staying gone💯💔🥵 but now I am no contact, he's blocked on everything and I am healing Self love , knowledge about narcissistic abuse and willpower are the keys that are needed to free yourself 💯 I agree with everything you said

It takes a strong person to leave this abuse and mentally ill person. They don't realize the freedom they will eventually feel. U walk away don't wait to be discarded. Never look back! I left the first time and came back, he started beating me in the face and downright crushed me. The abuse was every other week. The cheating was daily and the torture was daily. I know if I was to go back again, he would kill me. He already had a dream that he did. A few days later I disappeared for good. I'll never allow anyone to do me like that again.

I recently got hoovered after 10 years no contact . We was briefly married have two children and I thought time healed old wounds. Tbh I totally erased all the hurt he inflicted and why I ran for my life . He lost his mom she passed , I was tryna be a friend if nothin else. He paraded me in front of his family to embarrass me . The insults and underhanded comments I laughed it off but I felt the pain he was tryna project. I am back no contact smh I am not in a terrible place but I am mad at myself for going bk . Mind u he claim to had just got out a 9 year off n on relationship. She left him n I was supposed to be the rebound. Wowww man these ppl crazy

My female narc drained me i lost myself for alil bit cause I constantly helped her with her sick mother who had cancer while the rest of her siblings played gangster and smoked all day. She didn’t want to marry me but wanted to hangout when her mother died. I left her and said I’m not doing any hangouts never heard from her. Til she watched my stories but now it has stopped guess the new supply helping me out.
