I had an injured shoulder once. Just one shoulder. Thought "Self, a nice warm bath may ease the pain". Had to get hubby to help me up out of the death trap. Apparently people with one arm can't get back out of a bathtub. Never knew that. Note to Self: Never ever do that again. Especially if he thought it was funny, and made me call first responders.

My in-laws built a home and put in a regular type tub that had jets. They didn't think it out, both in their early 80's. Mother in law had to have father in law put her and lift her out. Father in law has a messed up knee surgery so he can't do anything but a shower and now needs a shower chair. We decided to change our tub out, we got a walk in tub with the shower in it and redid our big walk in shower too. Both work beautifully. No assistance needed.

Once i started getting old i got really aggravated at my body for betraying me in so many ways. Im also pretty annoyed at mother nature. That started when i was 13. Annoyed is not the right word. Pissed off is the right word. I sometimes wish guys had the go through the same stuff. Heck, some of them look like they are pregnant anyway. I would sure like to see them go into labor and have all the fun us women have. They would probably think a lot more times than twice about pulling that willie out of their drawers.
