Yeah, pretty much just means thanks mate. "Ta" is basically just an English slang word for "thanks" and "butt" is a welsh term used in a friendly manner, to mean something like "mate" or "buddy". I'm not Welsh myself, but Cath is and often mentions little "Welsh-isms" (as she likes to call them) in the WPE videos. Hope that helped. :)
