Good ‘teachable moment’, Dad! Your calm & mature but direct communication is so commendable. You didn’t shame him even though someone else might have ‘made him’ apologize or make amends to his mom. He’ll need to learn that via example or from his mistake. Good parenting, Dad!

That man has a lot of control. I love my son. To this day we still have a good relationship and I'm grateful for it. The one time he sassed his mom I was there to hear it. One second, I heard him say what he said and the very next thing I knew, I had him against the wall w/ our faces about 5" apart and I said, "Your mother - MY WIFE". While I am not a violent man, my past had made me capable of violence. We both felt me shaking and we both knew it wasn't from the strain of keeping him against the wall even though he was a couple of inches off the ground by then, or because he was resisting because he wasn't. It was from me doing everything I could to keep from beating the ever-loving daylights out of him. That was all that was needed. I was taught that a good father teaches. A good husband protects. A good man leads.

I won't disparage anyone but I had to regulate and regulate I did with minimal physical contact. My sons hated to hear me talking. I talked for hours while sitting down and them standing up perpendicular in a square or at ease. It seemed to work.

I know this was created for comedic relief, but I find it more realistic and refreshing. For a father with sons, the time always comes when you have to help them understand what the Bible means by a man is head of his houshold. Good videos.

Teach him dad! 😂 I was already laughed before dad even spoke his first word to his son. The Word says God chastise those He loved. Dad was still living suggesting that his son could go on in there to get some Neosporin for that lip. 😂🤣

Love this dad. He said “that’s my woman and I can’t have you pushing her or moving her out the way.” Yes. We need more dads like this today. That boy got his feelings hurt, but, he will learn that men don’t put their hands on women.

That was well taken care of! Discipline is the best thing for a child. We all need it! Bible says, We love our children when we chastise. It's to be done in a loving way. Your way was calm, it wasn't out of anger. That part at the end, son said, he can't wait to move out, smh. When he first gets out there he will wish he was back in there. When we're young, we don't know how good we have it! It was gr8 pt. 1 & 2.
