My ex was always giving our money to help his family, but had issues with me spending it on myself. Even when times were tough and I was being careful, he would still siphon money to help his siblings. I get why he was doing it, but we were going short anyway, and the fact that he was unhappy about me spending my contribution on myself was a big red flag. Which I ignored for far too long

@@aconsciousrethink we are no longer together. We are civil as we have a child together. He still does his best to control me, usually through changing co-parenting schedules at the last minute. This is usually down to his new wife and her schedule taking precedence over his son. They don't have children together, but she does have family who have priority. Strangely I have just had a text doing just that

My husband does the same thing. He gets so mad at me when I buy a coffee, meanwhile, he has a very unhealthy coffee addiction. Up to 10 coffees in one day. So I quite drinking coffee

I've been with my boyfriend for 15 years. I've told him I want marriage for the last 8 years. 😢 I am so sad right now. Because I feel like the third wheel and him and his mom / family's relationship. He wants to go there every other day and I feel so neglected right now and so hurt I don't know what to do. I think I need to leave I just don't even know where to start and it hurts so bad. It also hurts because his family is disrespectful to me any and every time I see them. I don't want to feel this way anymore.

This was a great informative video! My husband puts his mom and my step daughter before me and he has been doing this for years, sometimes I wonder is he even contious about it anymore.🤦🏽‍♀️

His daughter should be before you but not his mom. Never date a person with kids if you don’t mind not being first, once people kids they are the priority and will get everything at the end.
