He definitely started breaking I think in the end so every time he regenerated it changed who he was more than usual. Thus ending in a less merciful and forgiving doctor.

Maybe the racnos and the time lords made a deal that was along the lines of “you may use debris around the hole in the universe to make a nest/incubator for the next generation of the racnos as long as the hole is plugged” and they didn’t expect earth to become home to a level 5 civilisation

All of the doctors have live for so long right, the 10th doctor was 900 and something then lived for 5 years right? and in night of the doctor we see a young war doctor, but when the war doctor regenerated he looked a lot older right? and it's said in big finish that the sixth doctor was one that lived for a lot longer then others, but when we see him in terror of the vervoides he looks no different even thought that is about 300 or 400 years later, but the 8th doctor 400 years later looks a lot older on the dark eyes cover. my question is how does the sixth doctor still looks the same ever though it's 300 years later and other doctors have looked older in time? understand now?

The comic seems cool, but I don’t consider the comics canon. I only consider the TV Show, the movie, and the Big Finish Stories as canon. (Besides the Big Finish stories that are deliberately not canon)
