For me, tone is as simple as like when you first play an amp or even amplitube for the first time. You find a tone that makes you want to KEEP playing because you gel with it and it drives you to explore new things with that particular tone. And that tone becomes "your" tone because it fits you and maybe it's total trash to the next guy but it makes you want to delve deeper and create with this new found tone. Even if your using x, y or z brand of pickups or no matter if you're using a Ibanez or Gibson or a Strat. Once your zoned in on a great tone, those become minor things you're not even thinking about right then. Sorry for being so philosophical but that's just how i view it. Great job on this video. It's tough to nail down tone as a guitar subject and you've done well.

Great video!!! I remember a story about Eddie Van Halen. He answered in a interview the question "What's the secret of your sound? I have the same gear like you and don't got it". He saw the journalist, pointed his head, his ears and showed his fingers. Finally, Van Halen said: "This three aspects are the secret of my tone". Thanks my friend. Greetings and you going to find the perfect drumkit (are you test MODO Drums?). :8)

Still here lol. I love that parody you did of that YT amplitube guy with all those input level numbers you're supposed to add or subtract when dialing in amplitube. In all fairness though, amplitube is really odd and not industry standard when it comes to input gain structure. It's almost like you have to create your own rules for it as opposed to other amp sims/plugins.

Try my method friend! Maybe you’ll find it easier, I literally NEVER mess with my gain structure from plugin to plugin 🤣 that’s why I made the Amplitube template! Try it out my friend, if you like Amplitube, this may help you unlock its powers! 😊 I have a couple videos on the subject, the latest one is easier to follow

Is this part of tone philosophy? When are you going to put your website on youtube and stop hiding it from us.
