Great video!!!...kind of silly you cant keep the browns when they stock them just to be striper food...not intentionally...but that's how it turns out...the stripers aren't up in that shallow river to eat the drum.

It IS legal but it still has to be able to be measured. Trout in this River have to be a certain size to keep so you can't manipulate the length of the fish by cutting it.

You can't catch all these fish. These fish swim up from Old hickory lake which is continuously stocked with new fish. These fish make excellent table fare

These fish are a not a naturally replenishing resource in this reservoir and that is why they have to be restocked. While an occasional harvest is acceptable, I wouldn’t encourage the public to harvest them.

A 15-in rainbow trout in the caney fork River is illegal to keep. Rainbow trout have to be under 14 in or over 20 in to keep. The slot limit protects 14 to 20 in fish
