Aloha! I just began watching your videos. I’m an extensive traveler myself, and I have never seen such a platform of detailed, concise travel videos without all the fluff! I will be visiting in a few weeks and because of both your videos, I will definitely be watching these over and over, hoping to visit and “taste” all the places you’ve recommended, not to mention your recommendation on your culture’s language/gestures when it comes to restaurant etiquette. Finally a platform where locals talk about their town - I would rather hear from that tourist suggesting their recommendations - how do they really know what is good? Haha. I'm surprised you didn't go to the Maison Auer Chocolaterie Confiserie, such a quaint chocolate shop...opposite the Opera de Nice. Next time, maybe...Then there's Tanagra parfumerie.

Yeah, you’re right, there’s also the olive oil place Alziari opposite of Auer… there’s always so much more, and we have to make choices… but you’re right, we’ll keep them in mind for another time! 😊

Hello! About what time do stores in old nice close on summer evenings? Do they stay open longer in the summer?? Until 9pm?

Good question… not sure to be honest. Some might stay open a little later, the very touristy ones, but in general French stores close at around 7pm

The best place to go shopping in Nice is the airport, that way you can jump on a plane and go somewhere decent to shop lol
