What a great in-depth commercial for a fishmonger in San Diego! Here on the East Coast we just taught our distributors how to do things. I'm glad I only watched a few moments of this.

Unfortunatelly, Catalina OP does not ship to Germany, so I have to continue my process of finding a adequate fish mongere here.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us all. I would go absolutely broke in that place if i lived near there. Being a Native of Long Island New york and being surrounded by water all my life i miss fresh fish. Now living in Middle Georgia where its like Africa and no water around i am missing those things. I been in Love with sushi since the early 90's and now i look forward to maybe spoiling myself to some fresh fish delivered by this company. So i can have a Sushi night. Once again Thanks for the awesome tour and sharing. Also Thanks for the discount code. Hope it still works.

About 1% of cabrilla groupers metamorphose into a golden phase, which is then referred to as golden grouper or golden cabrilla. That's the bright yellow fish you saw on the video.

What about the people who say farm raised salmon is more prone to infection and parasites? A lot of people spread that information around. Sounds kind of "fishy" to me...
@GoofyGoober-us7yp7 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily it's just kind of a precautionary thing just to eliminate any bacteria that could be there even though as long as it's fresh it's probably perfectly fine to eat raw unfrozen
