Call me odd but I really enjoy when Taku fillets the fish. Looks like an art form and I don’t see anyone else do it like him. Especially how he used that big knife to make precise cuts.

i coitainly enjoyed the sequence of this video .started out fishing, broke to cooking a previously caught fish. then more fishing and caught and prepared a freshly caught fish and ate it. to me. that is like the full circle of a good fishing trip. thx Taku!
