I missed Spain. I have been in Madrid, Seville, Jerez De La Frontera, Puerto De Santa Maria, Cadiz, San Lucar De Barrameda, Chipiona, Algeciras when i was in the US Navy stationed at Rota Naval Station in southern Spain..

Once in Madrid I had some spicy patatas bravas. I mean really spicy! Usually they're pretty mild, but even then that's the spiciest food you'll find in Spain.

It's True .. Spanish Food like Paella (Paeya) is so salty in my opinion. But other than that they're amazing .. try tapas and pincho .. mmm .. yummy ..

It really depends where you eat Paella. I live in Madrid I do eat in typical spanish restaurants here and the Paella tastes just fine and not salty :))
