Wish the west got a 3D release for this. Glad its at least coming to japan so I can import it. Really feels like we're being left in the dust, us projector owners. Glad the switching aspect ratios are back thanks to James Gunn's bending of IMAX's rules. Ill be importing the 4K+3D steelbook from Japan.

You missed the 3D version - a true Geek will be buying the NEX 4K/3D/BluRay from Amazon Japan for 12,000 Yen. The 3D has several format changes to full frame IMAX type scope. Region A. Price was charged for delivery from Japan to England at £63 including tax and duty.

I feel like it's hard to make a good artistic cover when you have such a large cast. It just makes everything look too crowded. That being said I prefer the Walmart exclusive cover over the others. I would pay the extra $5 for it. And you make a good point with the eye line on the steel book cover. It's like trying to get a classroom full of kids to pay attention. Everyone look at the darn chalkboard!! Great review on the different release options!

I didn't like the colors for this release, it just feels like when they were printing, they ran out of black--so had to use cyan as a substitute. Lol. The Instagram filter looks kinda dumb, imo.

I understand, that's why I always include the DVD option in my SET videos. Sometimes it's worth paying the extra couple dollars to pick up the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack, so when you upgrade down the line you will already have the Blu-ray. Some people are cool with just DVD and there's nothing wrong with that; like I said, I still pick up DVDs myself.
