Keep it up, you got this :) I would say that others are probably paying a lot less attention than you think. I've been a runner for most of my life, but when I go and lift, I feel like everyone is watching me because I am new to it and thats just not the case

In the past I’ve ran on my toes or heal strike depending on my run type at the time, which someone of your caliber obviously knows, but I’ve never thought or had an actual professional run talk about mid-striking. Now I can’t wait to get back into running and try something new! Thank you so much!

I can see the difference so well in your videos and it makes sense, but I still feel like I am sinking in thick sand, whereas you look so light and bouncy.
