Yay... she makes it look so easy; Then you start running and you think you're getting the hang of it until you start to get tired and you realize you're already running like a dizzy duck.

It's impressive how even when demonstrating the wrong movement, you still look fluid. Then when you demonstrate the correct motion you are amazingly fluid. You are an excellent teacher. You are having such a positive impact on the world. Keep up the great work!

Keep it up, you got this :) I would say that others are probably paying a lot less attention than you think. I've been a runner for most of my life, but when I go and lift, I feel like everyone is watching me because I am new to it and thats just not the case

I’m 148kg, but when I ran like this once, I felt so lite for the first time n ppl didn’t believe me that I liked running. Like it felt so good too

So i took a part in 100m race at my college, so during the race, should i be running on my toes, heels or mid-foot in order to run with fast?

@@quovadiscapital no, I'm not wearing strikes, yes we will have a rubber type of track, and we will start in the crouch position, please also tell me how can i get myself to sprint faster after getting up from the crouch position to the run, because the first steps are kinda really hard

In the past I’ve ran on my toes or heal strike depending on my run type at the time, which someone of your caliber obviously knows, but I’ve never thought or had an actual professional run talk about mid-striking. Now I can’t wait to get back into running and try something new! Thank you so much!

About heel-striking: "lay more on your midfoot" 😂 Chari is just right. Heel-striking is just sloppy.

I can see the difference so well in your videos and it makes sense, but I still feel like I am sinking in thick sand, whereas you look so light and bouncy. I have been running for 40 years the wrong way. I guess I need to be patient with myself! I do appreciate your videos. I would guess awareness is the first step.
