You've got the best A skip and B skip instruction I've seen. Logical breakdown. Many have tried to teach me these but I never got it. I'm starting slow in my kitchen to avoid embarrassing thrashing about outside. I got the basic rhythm down in about 10 minutes. Once I'm fluid in my kitchen, I will release my clean A's and B's to the world😄

objectively this is by far the best a and b skip tutorial in youtube. most tutorials always make assumptions that viewers are elite runners already. i love this and the b skip tut.

I have been trying to find someone who carefully explained and demonstrated all of these running mechanics drills. You have done a fantastic job on every video that I have seen of yours doing running mechanics. I would love to see a Master Class type video where you walk through, demonstrate and explain the mechanics of running. Well done and thank you!!!
@nicodejager8644 Жыл бұрын
Being strict on oneself with clean mechanics, builds positive muscle memory. This translates into relaxed execution, not over thinking while doing. Us military and martial arts types know this. Immediate Action Drills = becomes subconscious, kicks in automatically. Great video, well explained. Wish I had a coach like you.

Great breakdown of the mechanics. I like how you separated it into parts so it was easier to understand the rhythm. Good job! Now I can practice

I watched a few videos on this, but the breakdown and instruction here is the best. I got it in about 2mins or so. Started without the arms, but quickly progressed with them. I mean I'm still landing with the grace of an elephant sometimes, but it's getting there. Thanks for the vid.

So it pretty much is the technique for what you’re supposed to do. You flex your foot (toe to your knee) and land flat foot on the ground which incorporates all of the steps needed for a good sprint technique
