To determine rough miles from kilometers just multiply by .6. So you clocked roughly 30 miles.

HI Jeff!~ Great tour of some of the Athens, Greece Neighborhoods. Really enjoyed an actual walking around the towns/neighborhoods viewpoint from someone 50+ that has travelled around quite a bit and seems from your descriptions that your tastes/opinions are similar to mine. Phrases you used such as 'hit or miss', etc. are ones I would use as well. If you were to Contrast and Compare some smaller cities, towns, areas in the USA to these places in Greece, would you say some place like Santa Monica, Ca or Santa Barbara, CA , Laguna Beach, CA, La Jolla, CA , Miami Beach, Florida, are Better? Worse?, 'hit or miss'?.. I've done LOTS of recent research; within the past 2 years solid in these places, subscribe to International Living for decades now, watch other travellers/expats/nomads like Warren & Julie Travel, Kristin Wilson, She Hit Refresh, as well as talking with people age 40+ of all nationalities that are currently IN places in Europe living full or part time AND have lived in or visited long term these aforementioned places in the USA. Pretty much everyone says the European places are more 'worth it' to live there; long or short term than any of these places in the USA. Most people do not have dogs though and are traveling as a couple or group. Many have lots of money and connections in BOTH the USA and in Europe so they have a more broad viewpoint and a built in Support system whenever they go back and forth. What places in Greece like Kolanaki, Thiseio , or Southern France are best for singles with a small under 20 pound dog to live at least a month at a time to explore, adventure, experience new cultures, meet new people? Would love to try taking the dog and heading over to explore some nice, friendly places in Greece, Southern France, Ireland, Montenegro and more. ~Thank you!

Unfortunately a lot of the downtown centre areas have been losing their “Greekness” due to the popularity of short term rentals pricing out the locals.

I Can See Me Living There After Retirement Instead Of USA 🇺🇸 If The Rent Is Reasonable. Laid-back Lifestyle. My Retirement Will Be Outside USA 🇺🇸 ❤

I wish you would have shown more of the neighborhood instead of you talking into the camera.
