THIS VIDEO SAVED MY MACHINE!!!! I was unable to get the machine to fix the 100 error, and it was the grease on the cam that was needed. Just greasing the 2nd cam fixed a problem where my shaft was not able to turn 360 deg and got jammed. This is the only video I found that even mentioned these cams that needed greasing!!!! Hi, I love the new video in that it puts all the oiling and greasing in one how-to video. I'm interested in knowing the recommended oiling/greasing for the new pantograph (got my machine in May) -- there is no bar to grease -- what am I supposed to oil/grease as it is beginning to sound sweeky like it needs some oil/grease. THANKS!

Our technician recommends you take off the covers where the pantograph is and use grease. If you don't want to take the covers off you can just add oil. Grease will last longer for about 3 months where if you use oil you might have to did it more often. Thank you!

Hi Help please, I put the machine on 100* and the needle bar is position 3/4 way down.If I rotate the needle up to normal position it start beeping the is off degre.How or what I can fix this.Thanks

You may purchase the grease anywhere. We purchase ours at O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

Hola Jesus, El aceite para la maquina lo puede encontrar en nuestra pagina: www.redline1501.com/store y la grasa tiene que ser de pasta y no el spray. Puedes encontrar lo en O'Reilly's o Auto Zone.

The grease we use is an all purpose grease that you may purchase at an O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store or Auto Zone.

What do I do at 105 degrees? I beg you to help.

There is a disc located on the back of the machine with a disc. Might have to move the disc see if the degree changes. Might also be your sensor.

Hahahahaha - You should see this $65,000 Lexus machine I bought and the maintenance/oil/grease job IT requires!! LOL - RUKM???? It's maintenance!!
