Great video, man! I really enjoy watching your videos because you produce excellent content. However, it seems that all the Western KZbinrs tend to visit the same places, such as Wanjo Nasi Lemak, Petaling Street, KLCC, etc. There are tons of videos online from those same locations. Maybe you should consider creating unique content. For example, did you know that the 9/11 hijackers met in Malaysia not too long before the 9/11 attacks? They gathered in a place in Kajang. Perhaps you could go there and do a review of that location. Paranormal videos are great too, plenty of paranormal places in Malaysia

It's pretty amazing to me how different people are in different places in the world. I've been to 24 countries now (I think) and I'm the type to go talk to people everywhere I go, even before I was making videos. So after talking to literally 10s or even 100s of people, it becomes easy to get a picture of "how the people are" in each place. And yes, I find Asians to be somewhat reserved, but after you break the ice, some of the nicest people in the world! There's always a few less friendly people mixed in, but that won't stop me from trying to get involved lol!

Hi Brad. I love your videos from all over. I just have a question. Why do you always tell people you are from America instead of the United States. I live in Canada and we are part of America as well (North America) as is Mexico.
@WhereisBrad10 ай бұрын
I’ve never been asked this before! Okay so I just did some self analysis, and this is going to be a long answer. I’ll get back to you in several hours when I have time to give a full explanation!! Super happy you asked me this thanks!!🙏
@WhereisBrad10 ай бұрын
Okay so first of all, for some reason (and I don't know why) I've thought of America as a shorter way of saying "United States of America" since it's in the country name. For this, I think I should instead say "USA" to be shorter, but accurate. Secondly, this is extremely ignorant and incorrect of me, but I never actually made the connection that Canada and Mexico are still within "America". Further, even all South American countries would apply here. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I guess I just never thought through it. One weak counter argument I can make here is that it helps to keep my location more generalized. When I originally started traveling and talking about my origins I never knew if I should say I'm from the USA, California, Los Angeles, Orange County, Irvine, etc. So I've made a habit of trying to guess which is appropriate depending on to whom I'm speaking. I've been places where people haven't heard of LA, Los Angeles, and even California. So I could argue that everyone knows America, and is still technically true. However, that's not what I mean to communicate. So from now on I think I'll say USA instead of America. Thanks for pointing this out, and sending me down this deep thought journey!
@calb99910 ай бұрын
Hi Brad. Wow you really thought it through. I haven't traveled as much as you although I wish I could which is why I enjoy your videos so much. I have been all over the States, Rio and Sao Paulo, and Amsterdam. Have a great day!

@@WhereisBradYou see Brad. Do you realise lots of viewers are telling you that you are humble. Some people get big headed when they have lots of viewers and hope you don't. Honestly I won't bother following someone if there's no response. I'm sure lots others won't too. But I understand it's not easy to reply to every viewers when you have tonnes of viewers😂 Haha easier if you have a partner to help you😅
@WhereisBrad11 ай бұрын
Ya, I can't imagine getting help with responding to comments. My wife spends a lot of time responding to stuff, so sometimes we sit together and have responding sessions lol. So that helps. It's fun to share the really funny, positive, and even the really negative ones. I sometimes help her deal with the negative stuff. My best advice for her is "kill them with kindness"! Haha some people say mean stuff, and she'll just praise them for taking time to comment and give tons of thanks haha

@WhereisBrad Haha the world would be a boring place if everybody is the same right😂 For me it's a blessing in disguise. It teaches me to be a nice person because I'll be bo different from them if I was rude. You are really nice that's why I wanna share with you some Asian cultures tips to make your travel in South East Asia more comfortable. I watched your Thaipusam video yesterday and I could sense the tension between some nationalities. It can be quite toxic that's why sometimes I stay away from the media. Do you know you are the only vlogger who make me read every single comments from your viewers as it's educational and I learn more about their countries and cultures. Thanks to you☺️
