Sad part is no one has a clue how long it takes to edit a video. Lots of people think it’s such an easy get rich life style. Personally I couldn’t keep up with creating a video a week with the crazy extra green screen etc etc etc I do. People haven’t a clue. Some people upload a full on documentary a week and it’s astounding. Even to research just music takes hours. I had some people say just don’t edit your footage🤦♀️ unless you’re in the world people will never appreciate the effort you put it. Love your channel and I completely get it. Keep up the amazing job💕
@WhereNextFamily6 ай бұрын
Yes you're absolutely right. Planning, filming, finding music, and editing, plus thumbnails and even thinking of catchy titles. It's a full time job 🤣
@levistoys6 ай бұрын
@@WhereNextFamily 100% agree. You could take an hour to find a perfect piece of music for a 30 second segment and no one wouldn’t even notice. It’s even more than a full time job and if you don’t turn up weekly and consistently you don’t get paid😩

Very nice video as always! I love your content and it’s helps us choosing what to do in our next holidays in Kenya 🇰🇪 ! What we struggle with during our last stay was definitely transport (long distances without plane or train…). We used a taxis but they were going too fast and we rarely got the right size car as we were 4 of use with 4 big luggage’s… Also would live to know more about the best to go to Samburu from Nairobi or Kisumu. Thanks a lot for all your advices and videos 🥰
@WhereNextFamily6 ай бұрын
Yes you have to be very clear with the drivers and tell them to slow down. It's nothing personal, they just like getting places as fast as possible. I always tell them when they are going too fast and also if they start texting on their phone I tell them to put their phone down. Theres too many accidents happening here, and I won't think twice when it comes to my family

Love you guys, love your vloggs, lovely couple. i have to be honest i do prefer your Asian vloggs as im off to Northern Thailand for two weeks for the first time in june. Questions im interested in, i have a massive fear of snakes, how do you deal with situations like that, this is one of my dreads with going to Thailand, remembering its not the norm to deal with snakes in England lol How do you deal with mail, postage etc when your travelling as you obviously dont have a postman Do you guys ever cook you own meals? Do you think you will ever live in England again? if your daughter wanted to go back to live in England , would you go? What did you both do before you discovered the world of social media? How do you deal with extra luggage from buying new things?

Hey guys, our family is planning to move to Kenya! What type of visa do you have for long term stay in Kenya? How have you dealt with immigration? Thanks!
@WhereNextFamily3 ай бұрын
Nowadays we actually don't spend a long enough time in the country to require us to have any special visas. That being said, there's a few ways to do it so I'd recommend speaking to a visa/immigration specialist once you arrive.
@paulabrooks47923 ай бұрын
Ok so you were just on a 3 month tourist visa? How did that work for the 3 years? Did you have to leave for a certain amount of time before returning? Thanks!
@WhereNextFamilyАй бұрын
Sorry for the delay. Previously I was employed in Kenya for 2 years so didn’t need to worry about visas etc as the company did it all. If you come on a tourist visa, you would need to leave after 3 months and apply for a new visa. I think an extension is possible at the Immigration office in Nairobi as well but I believe you have to go there in person

@Where Next Family, Allow me to disagree with you on issues power and Internet. Kenya is among the top when it comes to Internet penetration and reliability, same to power apart from some days when there's a notice of maintenance. If this is persistent in Watamu since i haven't been there, then that's one area problem not the entire country. We have fast Internet and stable electricity even in rural areas but of course it can't be 100% always and like u guyz said no where is 100% perfect
@WhereNextFamily6 ай бұрын
We did specify that some areas like Nairobi are much better with Internet, but our personal experience for most other areas outside of big cities is that the Internet is unreliable, but slowly getting better. As for the power, we can only comment on Watamu and the issues are very persistent. That being said its still a place we love. Keep in mind that this comment was comparing Europe and USA WiFi with Kenya, and if people are moving from somewhere that has super fast WiFi in Europe, to Kenya they will of course see a decreased speed and less reliable network. It's not an attack on the services in Kenya, just an honest comparison 🙏 Thanks for your comment ❤️
