2020 സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസം ഞാൻ indus motors പത്തനംതിട്ട നിന്നും ഒരു suzuki baleno എടുത്തു.ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഫുൾ pament അടച്ചു 4 ദിവസത്തിനകം വണ്ടി താരം എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്.ഫുൾ pament കൊടുത്തു കഴിഞ്ഞു അവർ കുറെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിച്ചു.വളരെ മോശം ആയിട്ട് ആണ് പിന്നീട് അവർ പരുമാറിയതു.ഒടുവിൽ വണ്ടി കൊച്ചിയിൽ അവരുടെ യാർഡിൽ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.അവിടെ നിന്ന് കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ ഡ്രൈവർ ഇല്ല എന്നായി.ഒടുവിൽ ഞാൻ തന്നെ ആളെ വിട്ടു വണ്ടി അവിടെ നിന്നും പത്തനംതിട്ട ഷോറൂമിൽ കൊണ്ട് കൊടുത്തു.അതിനുള്ള അധിക ചിലവ് എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും പൊയ്.അടുത്ത ദിവസം tp എടുത്തു വണ്ടി താരം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.പിന്നീട് ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞും വണ്ടി കിട്ടിയില്ല.അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആണ് അറിഞ്ഞത് എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും ഫുൾ pament വാങ്ങിച്ചിട്ട് അവർ ഇൻഷുറൻസ്,tax ഒന്നും അടച്ചില്ല എന്ന്.ഒരുപാട് കംപ്ലൈന്റ് കോർപറേറ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽ ചെയ്തു.ഒരു ഗുണവും ഇപ്പോൾ.ഒടുവിൽ ഒരു ആഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു വണ്ടി തന്നു TP ഇല്ലാതെ.പിന്നെയും ദിവസങ്ങൾ വണ്ടി വീട്ടിൽ തന്നെ ഇടേണ്ടി വന്നു.അങ്ങനെ indus ൽ നിന്നും വണ്ടി എടുത്തു നല്ല ഒരു അനുഭവം എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായി.(ഇതൊന്നും ഡീലരുടെ കുഴപ്പം അല്ലെ 😎)

Your assumptions and predictions about electric vehicles possibilities and practicalities in India are amazing and quite curious. Were the fact is most of the countries are already set mandatory to shift their entire automobiles segment to electric or other renewal energy sector by 2030 to 2035 and in our India case our government itself sets a mandatory to shift the 30% of the entire automobile industries to electric segment by 2030 and started a lot of significant initiative steps to implement it, you still quoting the old school theories that doesn’t make any sense. Moreover, when considering the current continuous hiking of fossil fuel price in our country, it’s quite simple to assume that most of the people not even wait until 2030 but they will adopt the electric vehicles within next 5 years. They are just waiting for the fast charging infrastructure and hopefully that will done available in pan India level within next 2 years. Then the end of an ICE era.

Hi Sir, I’m a person who regularly watch all your episodes and I really appreciate the way each matter is presented . Sir I have a concern and really don’t know how to address it. I had a very bad experience with popular hyundai Vyttilla. The incident goes like this , I booked an i20 from Trivandrum in 2012 as I was working in a college there . After a month I moved to Ernakulam and went for the second free service at VTJ , Kannadikkadu. I did notice at the time of delivery from karanama popular , that there were paint spread on glass and other rubber parts . On enquiring the reason , they said that during transit vehicles do have minor scratches which later would be painted be bcaus of that it’s seen . From VTJ I asked the body shop manager to check what’s the status, they said that car had undergone an accident and it’s painted . The entire door on the driver side was completely repainted and I couldn’t identify that during delivery. When I raised the issue at Vyttila popular they at first denied but when I was about to take up legally the showroom manager said as per PDI records the car did undergo an accident and the door was fully repainted . AM I CHEATED OR NOT ????? Kindly advise in such cases what can we do . They told me now we can’t take the vehicle back as the registration is already done . Is that my fault ?? Request you to kindly advise what a n we do in such a situation. Regards Sanjay

Think twice before buying from Popular Hyundai. I also had a bad experience from their sales team. Only pay booking amount and make full payment after seeing car only. Otherwise they will sell you car with damage. Check all glasses and body for scratches. If they say it is glue or anything like that don’t agree with them. Tell them I want to see the car after it is cleaned. They will initially say it is glue but later you will find that it is scratched.
