Some people do, some people don't. I grew up being taught to do it simple; scrambled in pan, then add your salt and black pepper. I would definitely try the cream version though

based on recipes i'd say between Gordon & Heston. always used Gordon's method as it's 100% fail safe, still haven't tried Heston one as it takes too long but I think will worth it

Yeah I read the article too, and was also really confused. I think it's because in the article it's the Jesse cook writer guy judging the eggs but here it's like other ordinary people who didn't take into account the ingredients or the time and hassle as Jesse did.

Maybe the reason Heston won was because all the other eggs got cold while they spent 20 minutes on Chrissy's eggs and then they made Heston's last so they were the warmest. Just saying, that might be the reason that happened.
