great video! I'm choosing for interior subfloor under floating floorboards, very glad you for the explanation as i would have chosen the wrong product and not ended up with a watertight finish

Thanks very much for this video. We are building a slab on grade home and leaving our concrete as our finished floor. Would you reccomend the Polyurethane for this application? At the end of your video you mentioned you'd opt for food grade sealer if we plan to be barefoot on a shower floor but in a full home application what would you suggest? We have quite a lot of surface to cover so budget is also a concern. thanks again!

Countertop sealers for a full floor would come with a ridiculous price. Polyurethane is the best option for you guys, especially if you are DIYing the application- globmarble.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=gu2

Thank you. Just poured and stamped a slab in my backyard on Saturday. I used the powder color hardener and a color release. I power washed it today Monday. Question I still need to wait 28 days before sealing?
@GlobMarble8 ай бұрын
Prefrably yes. If you are in a hurry you can use a sealer called cure&seal earlier than the 28 day period, but you will need to reseal in as little to one year with a real sealer- globmarble.com/concrete-cure-and-seal-cs-250-25percent-solids.html

Will it be nice if you had some displays of what each product would do when applied, as far as looks go.

Hey Vlad , I need your expertise. I just had my 2 cars garage floor in Florida totally sanded with professional grind machines . It looks really smooth and awesome look. I want to keep the same look but I have 2 cars parking on it daily. What kind of clear finish do you recommend for 400 sf. Thanks.by the way we want a wet look to it .
@GlobMarble2 ай бұрын
Hi Billbrazil, We generally recommend Polyaspartic for garages, as it offers excellent UV and tire resistance. It's a strong, durable product that performs well in most cases. You can order Polyaspartic on our website: GP-20 Polyaspartic Sealer. globmarble.com/gp-20-polyaspartic-sealer.html Please note that Polyaspartic is a fast-setting material, so avoid delays during application. When applying over concrete, coverage varies with concrete porosity, averaging around 350 sq. ft. per gallon. For applications over epoxy, you can expect about 500 sq. ft. per gallon. We also offer epoxy products if needed for your project: Epoxies. globmarble.com/epoxies/

Had concrete poured..It has some crazing when wet. Which type to use to prevent it from showing?
@GlobMarble5 ай бұрын
If the crazing only appears when the concrete is wet, I would advise against using a sealer. Sealers give the concrete a "wet look"
