Yeh I mainly workout at home. Only thing i didn’t have was a pull up bar. I started going to the gym just for that, but honestly that’s annoying. So I just bought a door pull up bar.

@@Sreeram_rohan Yea if u get creative, pushup variations for chest and tri, pull up and chin up for back/bi, and go running for legs especially up hill and stuff. if u are consistent and eat right u can get jacked easy

yeah so my fingers aint strong enough for that. there is only like 1.5cm space for my fingers on top of the doorframe
