Which Ninja Air Fryer OVEN should I buy?

How to choose the Ninja Oven that's right for you! Ninja Kitchen has a whole bunch of Ninja Foodi Ovens on the market and I've tried almost every type. I'll go over the pros and cons, the ins and outs of three different types and help you pick the right Ninja Foodi Oven for you.

2. Ninja® Foodi® 13-in-1 Dual Heat Air Fry Oven, Countertop Oven SP301
I've purchased two of these units, one for myself and one for my son. He's the one who recommended it to me, a former roommate of his had the SP101 version. The regular price for this oven at the time I purchased it was $299.99 but I purchased my son's on sale for $249.99 and I purchased mine on Amazon used in VERY GOOD condition for only $169.99

Unless you have unusually deep countertops, the double oven door should easily clear the edge of the counter to allow full door upening. My double oven is flush against the wall.

What’s your conclusion ? I have the same question right now. I prefer the AF400 in almost all scenarios except for pizzas and frozen pizzas.

Thank you very much. In an apartment with limited counter space you have helped me immensely - SP301 all the way. I will be looking forward to your review of the new(?) 2 basket Ninja Air Fryer AD600CO. I do a lot of moderate temperature cooking and some reheating in 'stainless' steel half 10x12 or quarter steamer pans so the size in that case should be just fine.

You mentioned cast iron. Are they okay to use in these type of ovens? I bake hamburgers in a small cast iron pan. What about baking stones? Can they be used in these type of ovens? [If they fit.] I cook and reheat pizzas and biscuits on a baking stone.

Dt 251 is still the King. Not sure why Ninja is obsessed with making a 2 tier oven with the top tier even smaller than the original flip up, and the lower tier just slightly larger. I'm still shakin my head. But I love your video's!

You can set it on a shelf above the counter. I like tge DT 251 and SP 301. I will buy both.

Can u bake a cake on the SP101 or is it too short? I’m worried I get one and the bread can’t raise enough cuz it’ll touch the oven roof!😂 Or is the SP301 better for cake baking?

I haven't baked a cake in either of those models. The SP301 would give you a bit more room but I don't know if it will be enough.

I’m sorry if you’ve covered this in a video I haven’t seen yet but why do you prefer this oven-style ninja over a basket style? Isn’t it much harder to clean inside?

Hi! Yes it is harder to clean the inside of oven style air fryers but they suit our family better. It's easier to make toast and reheat in and oven style Air fryer, which are 2 pretty big functions in our family. My son frequently uses the oven style to bake cookies instead of turning on the entire oven. It also works better for sheet pan dinners for family of four.

Hi Alexis! My son and I made chocolate chip cookies in it once and they turned on great. I used the recipe that came with the oven.

The most important factor is there has to be no teflon coated interior which can be toxic to all the foods cooked in there!I am disgusted by all the manufacturers who should know the toxicity of teflon to our health.

hace años es ilegal que la gente no lea y lo llame teflón es su problema pero ahora solo son antiadherentes, el teflon era el mas popular antes que lo prohibieran en el 2010, ahora usan una variedad no toxicas y mejores, aun así esta el problema que son frágiles y si no se cuidan se pelan y pierden su capacidad antiadherente, yo no quiero un horno pelado prefiero uno de normal y limpiarlo un poco mas duro.
