Assuming the "add 2" pill isn't infinite (you cant just keep adding 2 to the same thing over and over, it's a "one-and-done" kind of thing on any individual whim, but it can be used on as many different unique things as you can think of) I'd start by taking that one, then add 2 to the amount of pills I can take simultaneously, making it 3. The 2 one seems pretty useful because you could keep on adding 2 years to your lifespan which negates half of the effect on the age pill. You can keep on adding 2 more to the strength of your immune system which negates the age pill entirely. You can even (just like what haminations said) keep adding 2 zeros to the end of your bank account which negates the running pill entirely. And with the pill where you can change your arms at will, you could just add 2 weapons to your hands which negates the interchangable arm pill. So in theory adding two of anything is the most OP pill here if you know how to use it
