I absolutely love Himalayan Sea Salt, it’s absolutely my go to. And if I don’t use any kind of salt I find Oregano satisfies my taste buds

Please address the necessary iodine intake for a daily diet. When I was a young child in the early 1960s, I recall the blue Morton's salt container in the family cupboard that contained iodized table salt. For the past 10 to 12 years I have been consuming Himalayan sea salt (the pink stuff) which apparently does not contain any iodine. Is my body missing out on a key essential mineral ingredient for good health?

I love your videos ❤️ always learning something new here 🧠😊 I recently saw a recipe where a pinch of Celtic salt was the main ingredient 🤭 in my water 💧🤯 & now I know why 🙌 so many "good for you" minerals!

What about Iodine? All these salts except table salt lack Iodine. Which is inpoetant for Thyroid function. We don’t consume seafood in our house. So we rely on Morton’s Iodized salt. If ww switch to Himalayan salt, how will we get Iodine? Thank you
