For what you do, I think you made the right decision. I have never heard anyone complain about their kubota. How did you get out from underneath your other junk tractor?

I traded it in on this Kubota. Luckily, I had put down a good down payment on the pos tractor so I wasn't upside down on it's value when I traded it.

I’m a jd mechanic and have just started working at a case dealership, one my first day they had me looking at a oil leak from the split in the transmission on a magnum(happy days ahead). Hope you get good service from your dealer, I think that is what either makes or breaks a product in the end.

Looks like a nice tractor, congrats. I think I'd consider the Kubota's if I was buying new, the only dealer here on the island is Kubota, everything else is 3+ hours away. Although I've been watching Spring Hollow Hay Farm lately and I really do like that 4707 Massey he has too.

Congrats on the new tractor. I have a M9540 4x4,loader with the 12 speed hydraulic shuttle and absolutely love it! Awesome power,great road speed and fun to drive. It’s my favorite choir tractor considering all my other tractors are John Deere’s. Looking forward to future updates.

Kubota and tires🤔 they used to put narrow tires on... We widened a lot of orange wheels back in the '80s and '90s!!!! They have always made reliable tractors!!! Thank you for showing off your new toy Chris!!😎😁

Pre set throttle..one is 1500 and 0ther is 2000 rpms. For it to work hand throttle needs to be atleast 50 rpms above idle....i love it

Good move to load the tires, used aM9000 was only problem to light in rear when moving round bales, good quick loader hydraulics.

Rowdy Yates: yeah my niece's mom is the chief inspector in thailand where all these nice kubotas gets inspected before goes to all 500,000 dealers all over the globe wich they just celeabrated 130 years the most longest years kubota been making best products :)

I believe that is the newer version of the 7060 I have. I would like the wider front tires and the buddy set. Other than that I really like the tractor for a 70hp tractor. Hope you also enjoy your new Kubota.

I figured you were getting a Kubota tractor because of your skidsteer. Looks like the changes you wanted to it were smart moves with a wider bucket and the larger tires. I do like the design of that left hand shuttle, easy fingertip control... will say the same for New Holland with they're larger shuttle levers but I think AGCO still has the best powershuttle. Too bad they couldn't have moved the exhaust muffler to a better spot, but wondering how the layout of the engine is for maintenance?

I'm a huge fan of the Massey Ferguson 4707. No DPF. No DEF. Can tune it up to 100hp after warranty expires. Loaded cab 4wd for 48-50k. with wheel weights and loader its over 10,000 lbs. I think its the best value tractor in the 70-75 hp range by far.

I really would like to try one, but the dealers are too far away. Maybe in 4 or 5 years there will be used ones on the market, and I can get one then. That way I can use a local repair shop, and not have to worry about a dealer for warranty work. Thanks for watching!

Good choice. To be fair I have heard some good support from Kubota when things have gone wrong which apprarently is not very often. John Deere are great but as you say, very expensive and at the end of the day the budget has the last say. No doubt in my mind that you will have better luck than you did with the CASE IH unfortunately.

I actually upgraded all four tires to the largest size they offered. I hate skinny little tires lol Those are just the rims that came with the wider tires, and I did have them set the tires fairly wide due to our hills up here.

Ive had m 7060 and m5 111, i love it no problems...1 emissions issue they jumped right on and brought me a brand new m5 91 to use while repaired i just got a new kubota 4160 premium net silage special this year..kubota really rewards.loyalty

Nice tractor I am buying one but can't decide which to go for. Was going with a newholland workmaster like your case but haven't seen any good reviews. I am stuck between the Massey 4707 and the Kubota what made u decide against the Massey love the tractor but it is the most expensive thanks for the video

Awesome buy and congrats on the Kubota tractor I think you will really like that tractor for the things you do. And it should be a good runner with that V3307 engine is been used for a good amount to time in the Skid Steers . I am very very surprised that Deere was Higher Priced since when they go against Kubota they usually pull out all the stops. And on the plus side the Kubota tractor is all real Kubota where as I think Deere Uses Kukje for some of their utility tractors and Massey I think they are a mix of their own or Iseki. Here in my part of the country Massey is really fighting to get any share since the Case and Deere Just blow them away in Cab Quality and functions. I went from having no Fendt Dealers in my county a year ago to having 2 now and Agco reps tell me Fendt is going to become the Major Full Line for Agco in the future and Challenger will go away and it will be small Masseys up to 120 horse and fendts the rest of the way to 600 horse

. It's a good thing you didn't get a Trashy Ferguson. I have an MF 5612 (125 hp), and an alarm would go off after an hour at most of working it in hotter weather, followed by the engine derating to 15 RPM. My local Agco dealer told us it is a fuel code, but it still does the same thing after changing the fuel filter. The thing also rocks back and forth like a motherfucker every time we hit a bump or drive down the road. Kubota is a very reliable diesel engine; it's used in many different applications. When we trade in that tractor, it will be for a Deere 6125r or Kubota of the same horsepower.

@@dehavenfamilyfarm yea i wanted my 7060 set as wide as possible, my dealer set everything as wide as possible dished out..i ran it that way for a couple months then turned them in...my dealer advised against having them out said its hard on rim and axles...it will turn and ride better in..and is plenty stable on hills, if tires fluided...i also always get cast centers on rear...i like a fat butt...lol....anyway my dealer hear in Tennessee advised against it...after running tractor for a couple months you can tell it doesn't feel right
