In Ukraine you can't legally watch disney+. They just dont extend it here. And Netflix even does a lot of translation to Ukrainian. Many international companies just assume we all speak russian and do not bother. So Ukrainian translation in Netflix earns a lot of respect here.

Fun fact the cotton and textile industry boomed after the Civil War mostly thanks to the heavy introduction of machinery and didn't really take a heavy hit until the Great Depression which it never fully recovered from. Those two counties in particular tho had heavy timber related industries and post Civil War with the rise of iron and later steel in maritime construction where a majority of that timber used to go to (in particular to New Orleans) prior to the war, the heavy demand for timber dried up in the subsequent years. With the decline of the timber industry and no other industry around to supplant it people moved elsewhere for employment and didn't come back. Good joke tho.
